Our Story

About True Providers

Founded on faith, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to empowering individuals with developmental disabilities to live their best lives.

Why Our CEO Started True Providers

In Memory of James —
A Legacy That Changed Everything

The tragic loss of James, who had Down syndrome, in a devastating house fire became a defining moment in Victor Phillips' life. James was more than just a brother — he was a source of joy, resilience, and unwavering love. His passing left a deep void, but it also sparked a mission that would change lives for the better.

Determined to honor James' legacy, Victor founded True Providers with a clear vision: to ensure that every individual, regardless of their abilities, receives the care, safety, and respect they deserve. He built this company on the belief that no one should feel forgotten, neglected, or unsafe.

True Providers is more than just a business — it's a movement driven by purpose and passion. Under Victor's leadership, it has become a trusted source of support, advocacy, and empowerment, offering person-centered care that enhances the lives of those it serves.

Every service provided, every individual supported, and every life changed is a testament to James' legacy and Victor's unwavering commitment to making a difference — ensuring that others like his brother are not only cared for, but truly valued, protected, and given the opportunity to thrive.
