Homemaker Personal Care (HPC)
Our Homemaker Personal Care services provide compassionate, hands-on support with the activities of daily living that allow individuals to remain safely and comfortably in their own homes. Our trained staff assist with personal hygiene, bathing, grooming, dressing, meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, and other household tasks.
Transportation Services
Reliable transportation is essential for independence. Our transportation services ensure individuals can get to medical appointments, therapy sessions, day programs, community activities, and other destinations safely and on time. Our drivers are trained, background-checked, and committed to providing a comfortable, respectful experience.
Adult Day Services
Our Adult Day Services provide a safe, stimulating, and supportive environment during daytime hours. Participants engage in a variety of structured activities designed to promote social interaction, skill development, physical wellness, and personal enrichment. Our programs are tailored to each individual's interests, abilities, and goals.
Community Integration
Community Integration services support individuals in actively participating in their communities — attending events, visiting local businesses, volunteering, and building meaningful social connections. Our staff provide the guidance and support needed to help individuals navigate community settings with confidence and independence.
Independent Living Support
Our Independent Living Support services are designed to help individuals develop the practical skills and confidence needed to live as independently as possible. From budgeting and cooking to navigating public transportation and managing daily routines, our staff provide individualized coaching and support tailored to each person's goals.
Respite Services
Caring for a loved one with a developmental disability is deeply rewarding, but it can also be physically and emotionally demanding. Our Respite Services provide temporary relief for family caregivers, giving them the opportunity to rest, recharge, and attend to their own needs — while knowing their loved one is receiving quality care in a safe, nurturing environment.
Waiver Services
True Providers is an approved provider of Medicaid Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) waiver programs in Ohio. These waiver-funded services are designed to support individuals with developmental disabilities in living in their homes and communities rather than institutional settings, providing a comprehensive array of supports tailored to individual needs.
